Homeowners Association Meeting Minutes -- Sept 10, 1998

Board Members:

Officers:

Present: President Curt Mays, Secretary Tracy Kubricky, Treasurer Ron Ramieri
Absent: Vice Pres Karen DeBoer

President Curt Mays called the meeting order. The minutes of the August meeting were made available. A correction was made by Bill Boardman to show Ken Burke requesting $350 not "4350. "

Treasurer’s Report:
$2,299.02 in the checking $11,469.59 in the savings account. There is a CD with $25,000. Approximately 30 people still owe homeowners dues. Letters will be sent out to these homeowners.

Architectural Review Board:
Karen DeBoer sent in a report advising approvals for one room addition, one decorative split rail fence, and one lattice roof on a deck.

Covenants Report:
No violations reported.

Grounds Committee:
Ken Burke requested approximately $100 for bulbs. He will plant them in various locations in the development.

Old Business:

• Video Drop Box: The Campus Video drop box is unacceptable as is. Kevin Currier will draw up an agreement and send to the board of directors. When it is approved, the secretary will arrange to have it signed and the box painted a darker color.
• Satellite dishes: Curt will draw up a plan for approving satellite dishes.

Due to open house at the High School, The next meeting will be Wednesday, October 7th, 1998 instead of Thursday.
